- Design, implement, troubleshoot, and enhance complex OT architectures, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA/DCS systems, PI data historians, network appliances (data diodes, firewalls, switches, routers), and associated system interfaces.
- Provide operational support and lead technical response efforts, including outage support, system incident research, performance monitoring, and corrective or preventive maintenance on plant process and security systems.
- Conduct software quality assurance, configuration management, and lifecycle planning, ensuring system reliability, documentation accuracy, configuration control, and long-term system sustainability.
- Perform business and technical analysis to align system capabilities with operational needs, including reviewing engineering changes, recommending improvements, developing training, and creating reports, tools, or scripts that support users and operations.
- Lead and participate in cyber security programs, including vulnerability assessments, CVE reviews, cyber incident response, portable media processes, system walkdowns, and adherence to regulatory procedures and standards.
