Job description
- Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of the FCR product platform.
- Develop and enhance React-based micro frontend applications.
- Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver business capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership, solution design guidance, and code reviews while remaining hands-on with development.
- Mentor engineers and drive engineering best practices, quality, and delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Expert-level React.js development experience.
- Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise.
- Deep understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Hands-on AWS cloud development and deployment experience.
- Kubernetes and containerization experience.
- API development and integration experience.
- Strong solution architecture and system design capabilities.
- Technical leadership experience with Agile delivery teams.
- Ability to balance hands-on coding with POD/feature leadership responsibilities., A senior full-stack engineer who is a strong coder first, capable of leading a POD while actively contributing to architecture, design, and software delivery across the entire technology stack
