- Define modernization roadmap from legacy thick-client architecture to cloud-native web platform.
- Create architecture artifacts, reference designs, integration patterns, and technical standards.
- Review and validate AI-generated modernization outputs.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the primary onsite architecture lead for Allegion stakeholders.
- Conduct architecture workshops, technical reviews, design walkthroughs, and solution presentations.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, security teams, and development teams.
- Support requirements gathering, BDD feature identification, capability mapping, and traceability discussions.
