Software Tester

• Planung, Erstellung und Ausführung von Testfällen (manuell und automatisiert)
• Analyse von fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen, Ableitung von Testfällen
• Durchführung von Funktions-, Integrations-, System- und Regressionstests
• Dokumentation von Testergebnissen und Erstellung von Testberichten
• Erfassung, Klassifizierung und Nachverfolgung von Fehlern (Bug Tracking)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Fachbereich und Projektmanagement
• Mitarbeit bei der Testdaten- und Testumgebungsbereitstellung
• Unterstützung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Testmethoden, -prozessen und -tools

• Technische Ausbildung (HTL) und/oder Studium (z.B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik…)
• Erfahrung in der Softwarequalitätssicherung und im Testen von Anwendungen
• Kenntnisse in gängigen Testmethoden und -verfahren
• Sicherer Umgang mit Bug-Tracking- und Test-Management-Tools
• Erfahrung mit Testautomatisierung
• Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Umgebungen (z. B. Jenkins, GitHub CI)
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang der Testmanagement-Suite "Tosca"
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Hohes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, insb. Interesse an konzeptioneller und technischer Gestaltung und der Neuimplementierung von Testprozessen
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Service- und Kundenorientierung
• Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Detailgenauigkeit
• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
