You support the operation, maintenance, and further development of our global HR systems landscape, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters. You contribute to the optimization and digitalization of People & Culture processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You take on 2nd-level support tasks, analyze requests from key users and business departments, and work with the team to develop sustainable solutions. You participate in international HR IT projects, particularly in the areas of Recruiting, Core HR, Payroll, and Time Management. You assist in improving data quality, system interfaces, and HR IT-supported processes across the HR technology landscape.
