Smadexis a cutting-edge ad-tech company that handles more than 4.5 million ad requests per second with a response time under 100ms. We process several terabytes of data daily to make our real-time components smarter. This time we're looking for a passionateJuniorSoftware Engineerto join us and help us keep our platform in motion.This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a hybrid working model in Barcelona.What You Will DoIn this role, you will get hands-on experience by:Building a cloud-based platform using modern technologies.Collaborating with highly-skilled peers in a fast-paced environment.Contributing to technical and architectural decisions.Participating in code reviews.What We Are Looking ForYou're an engineering or master's degree student.You're available to start immediately and work full-time (40 hours per week).You are self-motivated, eager to learn, and have excellent communication skills in English.Bonus points:Basic Linux skills and comfort working with a terminal.Experience with Java or Node.js.
