Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday and transition into the long-term ownership, optimization, and evolution of the HRIS landscape.This role combines program delivery excellence with product ownership mindset, ensuring sustained business value beyond go?live.Core Job ResponsibilitiesPhase 1: Implementation (0-24 months)Lead the end-to-end Workday implementation program (scope, timeline, budget, risks)Act as the primary interface between HR, IT, and external system integratorsCoordinate and challenge external consultants to ensure quality deliveryDrive requirements gathering and translate business needs into system solutionsManage governance, decision?making forums, and stakeholder alignmentOversee testing, data migration, integrations, and go-live readinessEnsure adoption through change management and communication strategiesPhase 2: Product Ownership & Evolution (Post go?live)Own the HRIS product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and releasesAct as the internal owner of Workday, ensuring continuous improvementManage backlog, releases, and system upgradesDrive HR process optimization leveraging system capabilitiesEnsure data quality, reporting, and analytics enablementReduce dependency on external vendors over timeCollaborate with HR leadership to align technology with business strategyRequirements5+ years in HRIS / HR Technology / HR Transformation4+ years of experience of WorkdayProven experience in Workday implementation (client?side strongly preferred)Workday certifications good to haveExperience in Core HCM and at least one other module (Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Learning)Strong program/project management experienceExperience managing external vendors/system integratorsSolid understanding of HR processes (e.g., Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll)Strong ownership and autonomyProficient level of EnglishAbility to operate across business and technology domainsStakeholder management at senior levelVendor management and ability to challenge external partnersStructured problem?solving and decision?makingBenefitsAn international, fresh and dynamic working environmentPhysical & mental health programs, sustainable projects and workshops promoted by Guess CommunityTraining & development platform and pathsDiscount on our products both online and in stores#J-*****-Ljbffr
