Power Platform Engineering Developer

Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Configure and implement enterprise Copilot Studio solutions for customer service and internal business processes.Build and deploy conversational AI experiences using Copilot Studio.Develop Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate Flows, and Custom Connectors.Coordinate implementation activities across multiple environments and delivery teams.Configure topics, intents, generative AI capabilities, knowledge sources, and conversation flows.Implement integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Azure OpenAI, REST APIs, and enterprise applications.Configure authentication, SSO, user permissions, and secure access.Enable human handoff, escalation, and omnichannel experiences where applicable.Integration & AutomationBuild enterprise workflows using Power Automate.Integrate Power Platform solutions with internal and external systems using APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Custom Connectors.Support data migration and Dataverse configuration.Implement reusable components and automation templates.Quality & DeploymentSupport solution testing, UAT, deployment, and production rollout.Work closely with ALM and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines.Ensure adherence to governance policies, DLP rules, and security standards.Troubleshoot implementation issues and optimize solution performance.Required Qualifications6-10+ years of enterprise application development and solution implementation experience.3-5+ years of hands?on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.2+ years of hands?on experience implementing Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).Strong experience with:Power AutomateDataversePower Platform administrationExperience integrating Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and REST APIs.Experience implementing enterprise AI chatbot and automation solutions.Understanding of Power Platform governance, environment management, and DLP policies.Familiarity with ALM, solution management, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD practices.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLead implementation of Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions.Deliver enterprise?grade AI copilots and workflow automation.Coordinate implementation across technical and business teams.Ensure compliance with governance and security standards.Support solution optimization, adoption and continuous improvement.#J-*****-Ljbffr
