Job description
We are seeking a Web3 Engineer to help design, build, and scale the next generation of blockchain and tokenization infrastructure. This role will focus on engineering reusable Web3 platform capabilities across smart contracts, token lifecycle services, blockchain connectivity, wallets, custody integrations, transaction orchestration, event indexing, and production-grade distributed systems. This engineer will work across Ethereum/EVM, Hyperledger Besu, Canton/Daml, permissioned blockchains, public blockchains, private/consortium networks, and emerging tokenization protocols. The role requires a hands-on builder who can move from architecture and prototyping into secure, scalable, production ready Web3 infrastructure., * Design and build reusable Web3 platform services for tokenization, transaction processing, and wallet integration.
- Develop backend services interacting with blockchain nodes, smart contracts, and custody platforms.
- Implement blockchain connectivity using JSON-RPC, WebSocket subscriptions, and smart-contract queries.
- Work with Daml application concepts, including DAR package deployment and application enablement.
- Design and integrate smart contracts for tokenized asset workflows.
- Integrate with institutional wallet, custody, signing, and authorization platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in distributed systems or blockchain infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on Web3 engineering experience.
- Deep understanding of Ethereum/EVM and smart contracts.
- Experience with JSON-RPC, WebSocket subscriptions, and blockchain event indexing.
- Strong backend engineering skills in languages like Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and cloud-native engineering.
- Ability to independently manage complex engineering problems.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Canton, Daml, validator/participant concepts, DAR deployment, or institutional blockchain workflows.
- Experience with Hyperledger Besu or permissioned EVM networks.
- Experience with smart-contract audits and secure deployment.
- Experience building blockchain indexers or custody integrations.
- Knowledge of token standards like ERC-20 or ERC-721.
- Relevant blockchain certifications or training.
