responsibilities:

  • Own and manage data reporting tools while developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards to track strategic metrics.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends, evaluate key metrics, and surface continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with IT and cross-functional teams to automate reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Apply Lean principles and workflow optimization techniques to streamline reporting processes and standardize metrics across teams.
  • Document dashboard logic, reporting definitions, and procedures to support ongoing data governance and sustainability.
