As the SAP Procure-to-Pay Manager, you will serve as the functional owner for Polaris' SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay domain, with a primary focus on procurement through invoice verification. As a high-level individual contributor, you will connect business and technical teams by translating procurement and integrated areas into standardized SAP solutions. You will lead functional design across SAP materials management, direct and indirect procurement, purchasing contracts, scheduling agreements, MRP-driven procurement, supplier integration, and related system integrations. This role offers the opportunity to shape a large-scale SAP transformation while establishing solutions and processes that support both implementation and long-term operational improvement., * Serve as the Purchasing functional lead for a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation, including integrations with external supplier relationship management and warehouse management systems.
- Lead fit-to-standard workshops to capture business requirements, define future-state processes, identify solution gaps, and guide stakeholders toward SAP best practices.
- Translate confirmed business requirements into functional process designs and user stories aligned with standard SAP capabilities.
- Define and own the end-to-end functional architecture for Purchasing across SAP and integrated systems, including process ownership, integration scenarios, and data flows.
- Act as the functional design authority by reviewing and approving system integrator designs, SAP configurations, enhancements, interfaces and reports
- Perform, guide, and validate hands-on SAP configuration for Procure-to-Pay processes and related integration points while supporting clean core principles.
- Serve as the functional owner for Purchasing master data, including data rationalization, future-state data structures, mapping, governance, and lifecycle processes.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance, and technology stakeholders to provide process guidance and keep scope, design, and delivery aligned with transformation objectives.
- Develop and execute integration testing scenarios and support solution deployment planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Maintain functional and configuration documentation aligned with approved business process designs and post-go-live support requirements.
- Support training, enablement, and knowledge transfer to internal IT and business support teams to enable ongoing optimization after implementation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Procure-to-Pay configuration and implementation.
- Experience completing at least one full SAP implementation; experience with multiple large-scale implementations is preferred.
- Strong hands-on SAP configuration experience, including the ability to configure processes, execute transactions, and provide functional guidance to business stakeholders.
- Experience defining SAP integrations and collaborating with business teams, technical resources, and system integrators.
- Experience authoring and executing integration test scenarios and supporting solution deployment activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from senior leaders to technical team members.
- Ability to work within a hybrid model, 3 days in-office, 2 days of flex.
Benefits & conditions
The starting pay range for Minnesota is $142,000 to $176,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
