Job description
Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the technical execution of a large-scale HR technology transformation initiative focused on strategic workforce planning. This individual will partner with cross-functional business and technology teams to drive technical delivery, align stakeholders, manage complex dependencies, and help implement scalable processes and technology solutions in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment., * Lead the technical delivery of a complex enterprise HR technology program, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and manage technical delivery plans, program governance, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional execution across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to establish scalable processes, methodologies, and system capabilities supporting strategic workforce planning initiatives.
- Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive alignment, resolve roadblocks, and maintain program momentum within a matrixed organization.
- Monitor program health through dashboards, reporting, KPIs, and success metrics while proactively identifying and mitigating technical and delivery risks.
- Support the implementation and integration of enterprise HR technology platforms and related software solutions.
- Facilitate Agile delivery practices, including planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement across technical teams.
- Foster collaboration, clear communication, and organizational alignment while helping teams navigate ambiguity and evolving business priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing large-scale technical programs within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Proven experience leading enterprise HR technology initiatives with responsibility for technical delivery and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, or comparable enterprise systems is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with strategic workforce planning, talent management, or related HR technology domains is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence, and other project management and collaboration tools.
- PMP certification is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
