Job description

Join our AI & Engineering team by transforming technology platforms, driving innovation, and helping make a significant impact on our clients' success. You will collaborate with talented professionals, reimagining and re-engineering operations and processes that are critical to business. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.

AI & Engineering leverages innovative engineering capabilities to build, deploy, and operate integrated/verticalized sector solutions in software, data, AI, network, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. These solutions are powered by engineering for business advantage, transforming mission-critical operations. We enable clients to stay ahead with the latest advancements by transforming engineering teams and modernizing technology & data platforms. Our delivery models are tailored to meet each client's unique requirements.

Recruiting for this role ends on 08/10/2026.

Work you'll do

Our Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure/Connected Edge offering delivers specialized engineering capabilities to design, implement, manage, and operate hybrid cloud environments. We modernize networks and AI infrastructure from the core to the edge and develop new infrastructure and device services to help clients stay ahead with the latest technological advancements.

As part of our networking team, you will engage with Practitioners and Professionals from various disciplines within both our consulting practices and from our client's organizations. During engagements, exposure to multiple technologies will provide you with opportunities to become an expert and to expand your skillset into new areas. Our practitioners lead/support technical teams to architect, build, and deploy modern solutions across public, private and hybrid cloud environments. Our practitioners are expected to own and deliver their respective outcomes while managing different clients and other stakeholders.

The Team

This role is aligned to our Enterprise Networks team, which includes specializations across LAN, WAN, Data Center, Security, Observability, Automation, and Telephony. You will design and deliver leading solutions for our clients while building reusable artifacts to accelerate our future engagements.

Requirements

Required

  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise networking technologies:
  • Solid understanding and experience with networking fundamentals, including Layer 2 protocols like ARP, 802.1Q, and Spanning Tree; Layer 3 protocols such as BGP and OSPF; Layer 4-7 technologies such as TCP, Load-Balancers, Firewalls, and DNS.
  • 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience and large scale, enterprise class consulting or systems integration experience
  • 5+ years designing and implementing Network Access Control (NAC) solutions
  • 5+ years designing and implementing wireless networks
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred

  • Proven experience across project phases including plan, build, test, and transition of solutions to achieve project goals
  • Network certifications e.g., CCIE / JNCIE, CCNP / JNCP, CCNA, or equivalent
  • Specialization with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting of Networking equipment - hands on keyboard experience
  • Experience in documenting and articulating network topologies to broad audiences
  • Familiarity with network security devices such as next-generation firewalls and intrusion prevention systems; strong understanding of the fitment and use-cases of such systems across an enterprise network and how they fit in with a network segmentation initiative
  • Network Security certifications are a plus (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, HPE)
  • Exposure to enterprise network monitoring platforms and solutions; ability to gather useful insights from reports to further justify a proposed solution
  • Fundamental understanding of the value public cloud offers to customers and how private networks are provisioned; proven experience with interconnecting enterprise networks to public cloud environments either through leased lines or virtual private networks (VPN) over the internet
  • Cloud certifications are a plus (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Strong understanding of the value that software-defined networking and network orchestration provides network operators. Experience with designing and deploying SD-WAN is a plus
  • Ability to model and build test virtual networks for proof of concepts that showcase leading practices
  • Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols (DNS, DHCP, IPAM, SSL/TLS, WINS, NTP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, LDAP, and Microsoft AD)
  • Knowledge of wireless controllers and differing access point deployment methods for enterprise clients
  • Understanding of network traffic analysis for troubleshooting end to end performance and connectivity issues with tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and iperf
  • Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.) and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, SaltStack) to allow operations teams to adopt network automation
  • Familiarity interacting with APIs as well as the ability to read common data models and markup languages such as YANG and JSON for helping customers better understand how to interact programmatically with networks
  • Experience in assisting the Senior leadership team to design technology, process landscape and develop an overall solution strategy
  • Proven experience migrating legacy network environments to modern ones in phased approaches to reduce downtime and mitigate risk
  • Experience deploying Network Access Control solutions (Aruba, Cisco)
