ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As a Back To Business I.T. Help Desk Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of professionals at Greentree's office in Beavercreek, Ohio. This role will be critical in providing technical support and guidance to customers. Join us and be part of our mission to make a difference! SOME RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Support end-user client systems, including hardware, software, network, e-mail, printing, backups, and related operating systems.
- Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows and workstations.
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and configuration changes.
- Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
Requirements

- Would your friends describe you as a self-starter who takes pride in your work and enjoys collaborating with others?, * Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area. A minimum of three years' experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Four years of recent experience with setup and/or administration of Windows 10/11, MS Office applications, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills with emphasis on related issues including Microsoft 365 applications and services, workstations, and networking.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
- Ability to conduct research into issues and products as required.
- Highly self-motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail and strong written/oral communication skills.
- Local travel may be required.
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with MS Windows Server, infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, NPAS), Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint.
- Experience supporting macOS environments.
- Familiarity with antivirus management and backup solutions.
- Working knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, routing, and wireless LAN controller appliances.
- Help desk support, remote management and troubleshooting skills.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, Security+, and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals MS-900.

Compensation / Salary Range: Greentree adheres to federal, state, and local regulations. This is a Full-Time, Salary, Exempt position. The following salary range is what we reasonably expect to pay but is contingent and subject to a variety of factors, including but not limited to years of experience, education, certification(s), training, specialized skills, responsibilities, etc. Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 Bonuses: Greentree has an employee referral bonus, as well as employee bonuses based on employee contributions and Greentree's yearly performance.
