Job description

Responsible for day-to-day management of CRM campaign processes from design through deployment and contributing to meet sales growth targets for the CRM Marketing channels.

A day in the life, what you'll be doing:

  • Oversee the development and deployment of SMS and app push notifications.

  • Partner cross-functionally with creative, copywriting, merchandising, and finance teams to develop marketing campaigns to support business goals.

  • Manage segmentation strategies to power batch campaigns & triggered customer journeys.

  • Develop, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize CRM communications and improve ROI.

  • Update and monitor weekly & monthly reports, flag performance trends, and deliver insights & recommendations to optimize the program.

  • Assist in financial forecasting for SMS program and work closely with finance team to manage budget.

  • Partner with email specialist on QA of email marketing campaigns.

  • Personalize content to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.

  • Maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail in all aspects of CRM activities.

  • Stay current with best practices & monitor industry marketing trends.

Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. Degree; degree in marketing preferred.

  • 2-5 years' experience in email, SMS and push notification or other analytical online marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Database experience is a plus).

  • Knowledge of email and SMS marketing.

  • Marketing experience, and ability to identify consumer needs/wants and develop a compelling value proposition to drive email acquisition.

  • Strong analytic skills, including experience with attribution methodologies and analytics software (e.g. Adobe Analytics).

  • Strong technical skills (HTML experience is a plus).

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to efficiently and effectively self-direct and prioritize work.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

  • Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building.

Physical Requirements, This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
