VMware SME (Cloud Environment)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced VMware SME (Cloud Environment) This position requires a Secret clearance*

Responsibilities

VMware SME (Cloud Environment):

• Deep expertise administering and engineering VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, and VMware Cloud Foundation environments.
• Strong experience designing and supporting hybrid-cloud and multi-cloud solutions across VMware, and private cloud platforms.
• Expertise in virtualization architecture, workload migration, capacity planning, high availability (HA), Distributed Resource Scheduler (DRS), and disaster recovery solutions.
• Experience with infrastructure automation using VMware Aria/vRealize, PowerCLI, Terraform, Ansible, and API-based orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of cloud networking, security, micro-segmentation, storage integration, backup/recovery platforms, and operational troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with DoD/Federal cloud environments, RMF/ATO requirements, STIG compliance, and enterprise cloud operations supporting mission-critical workloads., * VMware SME (Cloud Environment):: 5 years (Preferred)
