Head of AI

We are hiring a senior AI leader to drive AI initiatives, automation, and operational improvements across a growing business environment. This role will work closely with executive leadership to identify high-impact opportunities and implement practical AI solutions that improve efficiency and business performance., * Lead AI transformation and automation initiatives across multiple business units.

• Design and implement AI-powered tools, copilots, and workflow solutions.
• Partner with leadership, operations, and data teams to align AI strategy with business goals.
• Evaluate AI platforms, vendors, and emerging technologies.
• Build scalable AI processes, standards, and best practices.

• 10 years of experience in technology, AI/ML, digital transformation, or enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, automation, APIs, and AI workflows.
• Ability to connect business problems with scalable technical solutions.
• Hands-on mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced or transformation-focused environments preferred.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:

• the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
• licensure and certification requirements;
• office location and other geographic considerations;
• other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco by Highspring believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
