Job description
A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced GenAI Solution Architect to lead the design and adoption of enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape AI strategy, define architecture standards, and deliver innovative, secure, and scalable AI capabilities across a complex enterprise environment.
Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you'll play a key role in developing reusable AI patterns, establishing governance frameworks, and driving the adoption of Microsoft AI technologies to deliver measurable business value., As the GenAI Solution Architect, you will:
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define AI product vision, roadmaps, and value creation.
- Design end-to-end Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Develop reusable architecture patterns for:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI agent orchestration
- Multi-agent collaboration
- Enterprise knowledge retrieval
- Human-in-the-loop workflows and decision support
- Design secure, scalable, and governed AI solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, and Responsible AI requirements.
- Support observability, interoperability, monitoring, and operational excellence across AI platforms.
- Embed controls for identity, access management, auditability, transparency, and accountability.
- Evaluate AI technologies, vendors, and platforms to support strategic build-versus-buy decisions.
- Monitor emerging AI trends and translate new capabilities into practical enterprise solutions.
Requirements
You will be an experienced Solution Architect or AI Architect with a strong background in enterprise technology and a passion for delivering innovative AI solutions. Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or AI Architect within large, complex organisations.
- Strong expertise across Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Deep understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), orchestration, automation, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience designing secure, scalable, and governed AI solutions.
- Strong knowledge of security, privacy, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical technology solutions.
- Experience defining measurable business outcomes and value realisation frameworks.
Desirable
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and emerging AI agent platforms.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI principles and governance frameworks.
- Experience delivering enterprise data, analytics, digital transformation, or platform programmes.
- Experience developing reusable enterprise AI products, services, or architectural patterns.
- Microsoft certifications in Azure, AI, Architecture, Microsoft Fabric, or Power Platform.
