Automation Quality Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Automation Quality Engineer to design and build a scalable End-to-End (E2E) automation testing framework for a modern React-based web application. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Playwright/Selenium, .NET, TypeScript/JavaScript, API Testing, and Azure DevOps CI/CD. You will work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery through robust automation and continuous testing practices., * Design, develop, and maintain a scalable E2E automation framework using Playwright or Selenium WebDriver.

• Develop automated UI test scripts for React-based web applications.
• Integrate automated test suites into Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for pull request validation and scheduled execution.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to identify automation opportunities and critical business scenarios.
• Create reliable, maintainable, and low-flakiness automated test suites.
• Perform UI, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate REST APIs using RestSharp or HttpClient.
• Implement BDD automation using SpecFlow or Reqnroll.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, RTM, execution reports, and defect reports.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for defects and recommend preventive measures.
• Track testing progress, quality metrics, and automation coverage.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work with DevOps teams to implement continuous testing strategies.
• Ensure adherence to QA best practices, coding standards, and automation guidelines.
