Job description

As an AI & GenAI Data Scientist-Director, you will leverage advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will apply data, algorithms, and software engineering to build and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions at scale. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will inspire others by translating vision into action, shaping client engagements, and mentoring future leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the design and development of AI and Machine Learning solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights
  • Overseeing the implementation of data infrastructure and integration to support scalable AI systems
  • Driving business growth by identifying market opportunities and converting them into successful client engagements
  • Mentoring and guiding teams in the application of advanced data analytics and AI techniques
  • Promoting technological advancements and fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together
  • Collaborating with executive-level clients to shape strategic directions and deliver impactful solutions
  • Utilizing programming languages such as Python and C++ to develop and deploy AI models
  • Managing complex data analysis and confirming data quality and integrity within analytics frameworks
  • Encouraging creativity and innovation in problem-solving and solution development
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and project success

Requirements

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 12 years of experience, * Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
  • At least one of the following: Certifications aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials
  • Demonstrating proficiency in AI implementation and machine learning libraries
  • Utilizing Python and C++ for complex data analysis and modeling
  • Leading AI-driven automation projects with strategic mindset and innovation
  • Promoting technological advances in data infrastructure and integration
  • Cultivating potential in others through coaching and feedback

Benefits & conditions

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
