Job description

Join a fast-paced UX team focused on creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that support global logistics operations. This remote opportunity offers the chance to shape end-to-end design solutions, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to products that help sellers move confidently across borders. Responsibilities

  • Design clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate interaction patterns and product behavior
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to help define requirements using data insights, usability findings, research, and user-centered design principles
  • Evaluate existing and new features through usability testing and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to UX, product, and executive stakeholders for review and feedback
  • Support best practices and standards for web application and interface design
  • Contribute creative ideas and leadership for web-based user experience innovations
  • Participate in UX discovery workshops to build alignment across teams

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of web-based information architecture, usability principles, and user experience best practices
  • Experience using Figma or similar design tools
  • A compelling online portfolio that showcases relevant, user-centered design work
  • Experience creating design solutions for digital products and web applications
  • Ability to translate business and user needs into practical design concepts
  • GenAI proficiency with a working understanding of AI terminology and everyday design workflow applications
  • Experience facilitating or contributing to UX discovery workshops that support collaboration and alignment

Preferred Skills

  • Background in designing for logistics, enterprise, or complex workflow environments
  • Experience working with usability research and interpreting analytics to guide design decisions
  • Comfort presenting and defending design work to a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to balance visual design quality with practical product needs
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
