Job description
- Lead and govern the end-to-end Change Management process in alignment with ITIL best practices.
- Drive Greenfield implementation of Change Management processes, governance, workflows, and controls in healthcare environments.
- Facilitate and manage Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Review, assess, and approve change requests based on business impact, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure successful planning, execution, and closure of Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes.
- Monitor Change Management KPIs, compliance metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business, infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams to minimize service disruption.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continual service improvement initiatives.
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements within healthcare organizations.
Requirements
Looking for experienced Change Managers with a strong background in IT Service Management and proven expertise in establishing and driving Change Management practices within the Healthcare industry., * 6-8 years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM).

Hands-on experience in Change Management within enterprise environments.

Proven experience in Greenfield implementation of Change Management processes in the Healthcare industry.

Mandatory Certification
ITIL 4 Foundation Certified OR ITIL V3 Foundation Certified
