Job description
- Preparation, configuration, and deployment of end devices for electronic exams in various exam scenarios (PC pool, university exam devices, BYOD)
- Conducting, monitoring, and following up on electronic exams, including troubleshooting any issues that arise
- Conducting and evaluating functional, integrity, and test checks to ensure trouble-free exam operations
- Administering, inventorying, and maintaining the device fleet, including operating system and software deployment
- Analysis and resolution of technical errors, as well as the performance of maintenance and repair tasks
- Support in the organization and administration of pilot and regular exams, as well as in the scheduling of exam equipment and exam rooms
- Consulting and support for faculty and students regarding technical and organizational issues in the e-exam environment
- Creation and maintenance of documentation, user information, and procedure descriptions, as well as participation in the continuous development of e-exam operations
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
- Experience in Windows client administration, IT support, and error analysis
- Knowledge of client management, software distribution, and device management
- Knowledge of IT service management processes
- Structured and independent work style
- Strong focus on service and communication
- Very good German and good English skills
