BI Analyst

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into insightful, user-friendly reports and visualizations.
• Develop and optimize data models by integrating multiple enterprise data sources (ERP, CRM, CPQ, and others), ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Establish and maintain KPI frameworks, data governance standards, and reporting best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency and reliability.
• Perform testing, validation, and quality assurance activities to guarantee the integrity and performance of reporting solutions.
• Provide advanced analytical insights and recommendations through data exploration, trend analysis and performance monitoring.
• Create and maintain technical documentation while driving continuous improvements in reporting capabilities and user experience.

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development, with a focus on building semantic models and data analytics.
• Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design).
• Proficient in SQL, DAX, Python, or Spark for querying and modelling data.
• Experience with ETL tools and data integration (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform).
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and data warehousing solutions.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Strong ability to work autonomously and thrive in collaborative environments
• Track record of driving innovation and pushing Power BI capabilities while respecting enterprise governance and security guidelines.
• Familiarity with AI-driven capabilities in BI (e.g., Power BI Copilot, automated insights, Chatbot, etc.), combined with a strong drive to experiment, innovate and implement AI-focused improvements.
• Experience with other visualization tools like Tableau.
• Nice to have: Experience working with digital analytics platforms and web/product data integration (e.g. Adobe Analytics).
