Senior SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
• Be a productive member of the team.

• Minimum 7 years of SAP PP implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP master data, including Material Master, BOM, Work Centers, Resources, Product Versions, and Routings.
• Experience with production order creation, shop floor control, scheduling, capacity planning, confirmations, and availability checks.
• Experience configuring discrete manufacturing with Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) strategies.
• Experience configuring MRP plant parameters, MRP Controllers, Planning Strategies, and Lot Sizing Procedures.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
• Experience integrating SAP PP with SAP CS, PM, PS, MM, and other modules.
• Experience working on customized SAP PP processes.
• Functional knowledge of SAP PEO, SAP Fiori Apps, OData, standard APIs, roles and authorizations, and front-end custom application development.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of QM Notifications and Inspection processes.
• Experience preparing functional solutions and RICEF requirements.
• Experience with Service Notifications, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Warranties, Service Contracts, Installed Base, Task Lists, Outbound and Return Sales Orders, and Third-Party and In-House Repairs.
• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Prepare solution design documents and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
• Coordinate Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and Test Automation activities.
• Provide hypercare support and resolve operational issues.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
