Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Network / SRv6 Architect for a global IT service provider based out of Uk ( remote and willing to travel) -12-18+ Years in IP/MPLS.

The ideal candidate will lead network architecture, modernization, automation, and migration from legacy MPLS to SRv6, while working with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance carrier networks . Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement IP/MPLS and SRv6 network architectures.Develop migration strategies from MPLS to SRv6.Prepare High-Level (HLD) and Low-Level (LLD) design documents.Design routing solutions using BGP, MP-BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, EVPN, and Segment Routing.Drive network automation using Python, Ansible, NETCONF, and REST APIs.Collaborate with engineering, operations, vendors, and customers on network transformation initiatives.Ensure network scalability, resilience, security, and operational excellenc e. Required SkillsRouting: IPv4/IPv6, MPLS, SRv6, BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, EVPN, VXLANAutomation: Python, Ansible, NETCONF, REST APIs, GitCloud: AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, NFVVendors: Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Huawei, or Ari sta Preferred Qualifications12-18+ years in carrier or enterprise networking.Experience in telecom/service provider network transformation.Certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE-SP, TOGAF, or ITIL are prefer red.
