  • Assemble, validate, and present project estimates, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with internal subject matter experts
  • Manage multiple concurrent website initiatives while coordinating shared creative and development resources across projects
  • Partner closely with clients, serving as a trusted advisor while balancing client objectives with internal delivery priorities
  • Support new business efforts by contributing preliminary project planning, effort estimates, timelines, and resource forecasting for RFPs and prospective opportunities
  • Support internal operational and technology initiatives that improve agency effectiveness

Requirements

  • Six or more years managing complex digital technology implementation projects using Agile methodologies
  • Previous agency experience leading cross-disciplinary teams of developers, designers, strategists, and client stakeholders
  • Strong client partnership skills with an account-service mindset and the confidence to advocate for both clients and internal teams
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent website or digital experience projects with budgets exceeding $100,000
  • Familiarity with enterprise CMS or Digital Experience Platforms such as Sitecore, Kentico, WordPress, or similar platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum, sprint planning, Jira, and Confluence
  • Ability to manage shared resources effectively while balancing competing priorities across multiple projects
  • Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High degree of accountability, sound judgment, and professional presence in client-facing situations
  • FUN! Enjoys building relationships and brings steady optimism and good humor when projects become challenging

Nice to Have

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Familiarity with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or comparable scheduling tools
  • Participation in agency new business efforts, proposal development, or project estimation
  • Working knowledge of multiple enterprise CMS or Digital Experience Platforms
