SAP Datasphere, Business Data Cloud (BDC), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Lead

• We are seeking an experienced SAP Datasphere, Business Data Cloud (BDC), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Lead to drive enterprise data and analytics transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, implementation, and delivery of modern SAP data platforms, enabling advanced analytics, planning, and business intelligence capabilities., * Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP Datasphere and SAP Business Data Cloud solutions.
• Design and develop scalable data models, semantic layers, and data products.
• Architect and implement data integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Lead SAC analytics, dashboarding, reporting, and planning implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Define data governance, security, and data quality standards.
• Optimize performance of Datasphere models, SAC stories, and analytical applications.
• Manage project delivery, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
• Drive best practices for data architecture, analytics, and reporting., * Define solution roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Lead workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations.
• Support pre-sales activities, estimations, and solution proposals.
• Ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Establish analytics and data management best practices across programs.

• 18+ years of SAP data and analytics experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Datasphere.
• Experience with SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) architecture and implementation.
• Deep knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including:
• Story design and dashboards
• Planning and forecasting
• Data Analyzer
• Analytical applications
• Predictive analytics capabilities
• Experience integrating SAP Datasphere with S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, and third-party data sources.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and semantic modeling concepts.
• Experience with SQL, data integration, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Knowledge of SAP data governance and security frameworks.
• Experience leading onshore/offshore teams and client-facing engagements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Datasphere certification.
• Experience with SAP BW/4HANA modernization programs.
• Exposure to SAP AI, Joule, and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services.
