Requirements

We are looking to hire Software Engineer IV to add to our ever-growing Engineering team. The team supports product development, enhancements, configurations, and deployments of the Issuance 360 Back Office product within Driver License and ID Programs. The work involved is developing, troubleshooting and deploying business solutions using Java, Angular, API endpoints and Apache Camel routes. Strong knowledge of Java and SQL databases is needed for debugging through the existing Back Office product as well as for occasional binary development. Must be quick learner, self-starter with ability to multitask and work under pressure in the fast-paced work environment with frequently changing priorities., * Solid technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs, software development lifecycle, challenges and risks.

  • Extensive experience with Agile methods and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to own, track, and drive execution of sprints and Jira boards.
  • Ability to describe and figure out the shape of a problem and work through a solution.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive decisions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others within the team, including both receiving assistance from subject matter experts as well as being a subject matter expert for others to refer to
  • Understand complex interactions between various software suites and be able to validate, transform and route data appropriately.
  • Advanced ability to debug and troubleshoot software, configuration and database related issues in a complete Enterprise application
  • Create/update technical engineering documentation
  • Work together with Delivery teams to achieve a common goals and objectives allowing for continuous collaboration and rapid decision-making to shorten development cycles and reduce time to market
  • Effectively communicate with other team members, Delivery Engineers, Solution Architects, Program Managers, QA Engineers, and Application Engineers, * OO design principals

  • Must be able to successfully pass various background screening requirements including criminal history, education, credit, and drug screen as well as obtain any required program specific credentials and certifications.

The US base salary for this full-time position is $112,130.00 - $140,171.00 plus bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
