We're looking for a Senior Specialist Web Designer to join the N4 Studio team and help shape exceptional digital experiences. You'll partner closely with our developers to design websites that not only look stunning but also deliver measurable impact for our clients., * 5+ years of experience in web design and branding, preferably in a studio or agency setting.

• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, you can explain your design decisions and contribute to team discussions.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
• A strong portfolio showcasing cutting edge web design and branding work, with attention to detail and creativity.
• Experience working collaboratively on design teams and juggling multiple projects or deadlines.
• A proactive attitude, with the ability to manage your time well and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Familiarity with responsive design, basic UI/UX principles, and an understanding of how designs are built in platforms like Webflow or WordPress.
