Provide technical direction, architecture guidance, and code review support.

Establish and enforce development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.

Mentor junior and senior developers, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Application Development

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies.

Drive the implementation of microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot and related frameworks.

Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of applications.

API Integration & Management

Lead the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and integration services.

Integrate banking systems with internal and external applications using APIs, middleware, and messaging frameworks.

Work with API gateways such as Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft, IBM API Connect, or AWS API Gateway.

Implement API security standards including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and mutual TLS., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
