Job description

Are you passionate about cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, and building platforms that enable engineering teams to move faster?, You will help build the foundation that allows application and data teams to deploy, scale, and run reliable services in a secure and automated way. Working closely with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams, you will improve platform reliability, developer experience, and operational excellence.

Your Mission

️ Own & Evolve the Kubernetes Platform

  • Design, deploy, and maintain production-grade Amazon EKS Kubernetes clusters
  • Manage Kubernetes lifecycle, upgrades, scaling, and platform improvements
  • Configure cluster networking, ingress controllers, and integrations
  • Optimize performance, resource usage, and cloud costs together with FinOps teams

️ Automate Everything

  • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / OpenTofu
  • Automate provisioning, upgrades, and environment setup
  • Develop reusable platform components that empower application teams
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency through automation

Enable Developer Productivity

  • Support application deployment through modern CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
  • Enable and improve GitOps workflows using tools such as ArgoCD
  • Build internal platform capabilities that make developers more autonomous

Drive Reliability & Observability

  • Implement monitoring, logging, and metrics solutions
  • Improve platform stability through automation and SRE principles
  • Manage alerting, troubleshooting, and incident response processes

Strengthen Security & Governance

  • Apply Kubernetes security best practices
  • Manage IAM roles, RBAC policies, and network security
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, especially Amazon EKS

Experience operating production Kubernetes environments

Solid Infrastructure-as-Code experience (Terraform/OpenTofu)

Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes ecosystem)

Knowledge of CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions or similar)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset

You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are comfortable bridging the gap between developers, infrastructure teams, and security stakeholders.
