Job description

As Microsoft Exchange Administrator, you will work on challenging projects on both technical and functional levels. Agile behavior and technical analytical skills are strongly recommended. You will join the team for the following projects:

  • Design and architecture of Microsoft Cloud and M365 collaboration tools
  • Infrastructure maintenance and support for Exchange and Teams solutions on-premises and in the cloud
  • Technical monitoring of Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams solutions, etc. Your objectives: ensure Microsoft 365 and Exchange architecture (on-premise and Cloud), support on-premise infrastructure, and technical analysis of "Change Requests" related to Microsoft 365 and Exchange / Teams Telephony products. You will also contribute to improving existing evolution processes.
  • Very broad technical background
  • Ability to look beyond the MS stack (Reverse Proxy, Load Balancer, DNS, etc.)
  • Able to share knowledge, find good technical solutions, and promote infrastructure quality
  • Important: Project is both back-end and front-end oriented.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Dutch or French (C2: highly complex mastery)
  • Knowledge of English: autonomous, understand, write, and read (C1: complex mastery)
  • Microsoft Hybrid environment Microsoft 365 (Design, Test & Implementation of new Exchange SE hybrid environment) (L3: at least 5 years' experience)
  • Microsoft Teams Telephony with Direct routing (via Audiocodes SBC) (L3: at least 5 years' experience)
  • Microsoft Exchange On-premise 2016 / 2019 / SE (DAG knowledge Server Environment) + Online (Design, Test & Implementation of new Exchange SE hybrid environment) - Knowledge environment with Load balancer / troubleshooting / certificate management (L3: at least 5 years' experience)
  • Teams hybrid automated number & policy assignments (L3: at least 5 years' experience)
  • Analyzing & Configuring Teams Call queues with direct routing (L3: at least 5 years' experience)
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, REST API, Graph API, Application Registration, etc. (L3: at least 5 years' experience)
  • Microsoft PurView compliance focus (DLP, eDiscovery, etc.) (L3: at least 5 years' experience)
  • Soft Skills: Leadership to work with and lead 2 people in their technical skills (L3: at least 5 years' experience)
