Job description

The Project Manager is accountable for the overall success of the project as well as the delivery of the expected outcomes. He/she ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business and user requirements.

The Project Manager ensures that projects are adequately staffed and manages project resources to achieve critical milestones and objectives. He/she works closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand organizational needs and drive successful project execution., * Define project scope, objectives, and delivery approach

  • Develop a shared vision with business stakeholders
  • Analyze requirements and define project boundaries
  • Estimate project budget, effort, and timelines together with the project team
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans
  • Manage resource allocation and staffing requirements
  • Initiate projects, including team structure, environments, and governance processes
  • Monitor project progress and manage risks, issues, dependencies, assumptions, and constraints
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures
  • Implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Successfully close projects and ensure proper transition to operational teams
  • Report project status, risks, and key decisions to governance bodies
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Establish collaboration agreements with impacted application and project teams
  • Coordinate activities across infrastructure, security, and operational teams
  • Organize project handover and knowledge transfer to all stakeholders

Technical Environment

The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity topics, including:

  • Network infrastructure
  • Web and mail gateways / proxies
  • Windows and Linux server environments
  • Workstations and endpoint management
  • Encryption technologies and secure communications
  • General information security principles

Project Examples

The mission involves the follow-up and delivery of security and infrastructure projects such as:

  • Email security improvements (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
  • TLS encryption enforcement initiatives
  • Legacy platform decommissioning projects
  • Infrastructure hardening and security enhancement programs

Requirements

  • Experience in PMC
  • Very good knowledge of Jira
  • Very good knowledge of Rallye
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project or program management within infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity environments
  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in complex technical environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to bridge business and technical objectives, * Previous experience managing cybersecurity programs or security-related projects
  • Security+, CISSP, PMP or equivalent certifications
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments
