Job description

This is a varied role that combines project management, client services, team leadership and operational planning. You'll work closely with the Directors and Studio team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard, while continually improving our internal processes and client experience. Hours & Workplace This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week). We work flexible hours around our core hours of 10am-4pm. Our team primarily works remotely, however there is a requirement for face-to-face meetings from time to time. This is not expected to exceed 1-2 days per month. Role Responsibilities Managing website projects from planning stages through to launch, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budgetProducing project plans, timelines, technical specifications and project documentationConducting QA testing on all project work to ensure all deliverables meet our quality standardsManaging the studio team schedule and allocating resource across designers, developers and external partnersActing as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of their projectsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships through regular meetings and proactive communicationIdentifying risks, resolving issues and keeping projects moving efficientlySupporting new business opportunities by contributing to pitch presentations, preparing project plans, compiling budgets and making implementation recommendations Working closely with the Directors and studio team to continually improve studio processes and delivery standardsProactively identify opportunities to improve client websites, digital performance and online presence, recommending new ideas, services and solutions that add value.Coordinating external partners where requiredProducing meeting notes, project reports and other administration to support smooth project deliveryContributing to monthly management and strategy meetingsWorking collaboratively across the business to ensure an exceptional client experience

Requirements

Person Specification:Experience working within a digital agency environmentFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall project management stylesExperience using WordPress Experience using project management systems (e.g Teamwork, Trello, Asana etc)Understanding of website development processesGeneral understanding of website hosting, domains and DNS. The Following Skills Would Be an Advantage but Are Not EssentialKnowledge of Shopify, Laravel or other CMS platformsExperience creating website specifications and user storiesUnderstanding of email systems and deliverability (SMTP, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.)Knowledge of GDPR principles as they relate to websites and digital marketingAdvanced understanding of domains, DNS, website hosting and website migrationsKnowledge of website accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2Basic understanding of Google Analytics and website performance reporting
