Job description

  • We manage multi-skilled delivery teams to design and deliver high Low Code solutions that delight our customers and improve the lives of users worldwide.
  • We work with customer architects to agree functional and non-functional designs.
  • We advise customers and managers on estimated effort, technical implications, and complexity related to our designs.
  • We manage, coach, and develop a small number of staff, with a focus on employee performance and career development.
  • We provide direction for our team as we solve challenging problems together.
  • We work with our peers to develop policy and standards, share knowledge, and mentor others.
  • We advise on new technologies and approaches while continuing to learn, develop, and grow.

Requirements

  • We have successfully delivered Low Code designs and architectures.
  • We understand whole solution architecture concepts and can communicate and negotiate these with customer architects.
  • We can prioritise non-functional concerns for customers and have experience incorporating these into application design.
  • We have demonstrable experience of technical ownership for intelligent automation projects, including architecture, estimation, product planning, and user story or requirement creation.
  • We can simply and clearly communicate solution design in conversation, documentation, and presentations.
  • We can make effective decisions within fast-moving delivery environments.
  • We have expertise in Low Code concepts and products, including at least one of Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • We have experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings.
  • We have a demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop members of our team and wider community.
