Job description

  • Lead teams and develop high-quality Low Code solutions that delight our customers and impact users worldwide.
  • Provide direction for the team while solving problems together.
  • Work with customer architects to agree technical designs.
  • Advise on estimated effort and technical implications of user stories and user journeys.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a small number of people.

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering Low Code designs and architectures.
  • Experience of technical ownership for a Low Code project, including architecture, estimation, product planning, and user story or requirement creation.
  • Experience of balancing technical decisions with user needs and commercial constraints.
  • Understanding of non-functional concerns for customers and experience incorporating these into application design.
  • Ability to communicate technical design simply and clearly in conversation, documentation, and presentations.
  • Ability to make effective decisions in a fast-moving delivery environment.
  • Expertise in Low Code concepts and products, including at least one of Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of public cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including SaaS and PaaS offerings.
