Job description
- Design, develop and maintain enterprise-grade Salesforce product features with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability and performance
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical designs and robust implementation plans
- Contribute actively to Salesforce architecture discussions, design reviews and long-term product decisions
- Apply strong object-oriented design principles, automated testing practices, code quality standards and CI/CD ways of working
- Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, technical guidance and knowledge sharing

Requirements
- Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, ideally within a product, SaaS or ISV environment
- Advanced knowledge of Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components
- Good understanding, and ideally practical experience, of Salesforce solution design and architecture
- Ability to design scalable, secure and maintainable solutions while considering Salesforce platform limits, data model, integrations and performance
- Solid object-oriented programming background, for example in Java or C#, with strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience contributing to architecture reviews, technical roadmaps or design governance
- Exposure to Salesforce REST APIs, integrations and enterprise application architecture
- Experience with Git, Jira, IntelliJ, CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies
- Salesforce Platform Developer certification, or architecture-related Salesforce certifications
- Interest in AI-driven product capabilities and how they can be embedded into Salesforce-based solutions
