Job description
- Work with the Force.com platform to deliver customer and people management functionality
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions
- Contribute to technical design, architecture discussions, and system thinking
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce Developers, Angular frontend engineers, testers, Product Managers, and Architects
- Work in a modern environment using Git, Jira, IntelliJ, and CI/CD pipelines
- Take part in Scrum and SAFe ceremonies, quarterly planning, and product releases
- Contribute to a product roadmap that increasingly includes AI-driven capabilities
- Work hands-on with Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, Salesforce Lightning, Lightning Web Components, VisualForce, and APIs

Requirements
- Proven experience with object-oriented programming, such as Java or C#
- Experience developing with Salesforce Lightning
- Hands-on delivery of solutions on the Force.com platform
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript
- Ability to manage and deliver complex business and technical requirements
- Experience with Git, Jira, IntelliJ, and CI/CD practices is desirable
- Exposure to Salesforce REST APIs is desirable
- Salesforce Developer Certification is desirable
- We are open to experienced Salesforce Developers or backend developers in Java or C# who want to specialise in Salesforce, provided they have strong development fundamentals and a desire to learn
