Responsibilities for Data Analyst include but are not limited to:

  • Leads or guides product performance data projects by defining organizational needs and utilizing new or existing technology and tools to drive projects to completion

  • Analyze customer complaints, events and other post marketing surveillance data by examining the data for patterns, trends and signals and investigating when necessary.

  • Interacts with internal customers and across businesses to develop, maintain, and improve the criteria used to establish product complaint trending.

  • Uses data to depict or highlight key organization trends. Collaborates with businesses to identify insights, trends and potential opportunities, interventions and solutions to demonstrate business value.

  • Participates in periodic audits and analyses to ensure accuracy, optimization of systems and reporting as well as new analytic opportunities.

  • Collects and tracks data and provides analysis through ongoing reporting, ad hoc analysis and partnership to share insights and ensure understanding within the business.

  • Identifies and recommends opportunities to optimize system and reporting.

Requirements

  • Desired skills: Advanced Excel, Problem Solving, Project Management and Tracking, Cross-Functional Collaboration.

Quality System Requirements

In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

Requirements for Data Analyst include but are not limited to:

  • BS degree

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and problem solving within a technical field

  • Partnering and consulting with leading programs. I.E. Program Management experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking & data analysis capabilities.

  • Strong communication skills with experience explaining technical concepts to technical and business partners.

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience within Medical Device industry.

  • Experience with Medical Device Quality data (e.g. complaints, product trending)

  • Degree in Data Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics or similar quantitative field

  • Experience in Project Management

  • Experience with one or more of the following tools: PowerBI, SQL

Benefits & conditions

  • Pay: $61.22 - 61.22/Hr

  • Shift: Onsite , M-F; 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay Details: $61.22 per hour
