Seeking an experienced ERP Team Member to support and enhance the PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM environment, with a focus on Core HR and/or Recruiting modules. This individual will be responsible for system support, upgrades, integrations, testing, process improvements, and collaboration with HR and IT teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience, strong SQL/query skills, experience leading large-scale implementations, and a solid understanding of HR business processes. This role requires the ability to manage complex projects, support end users, facilitate system integrations, and provide ongoing production support in a large enterprise environment., Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience supporting PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM HR module or Talent Acquisition Manager (Recruiting) module in a professional capacity.
Deep understanding of the PeopleSoft core HR module or Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway (Recruiting) module, HR business processes and setup tables.
Proficiency in executing application upgrades and familiarity with the System Development Life Cycle methodology.
Extensive experience across all implementation phases, including Fit/Gap analysis, requirements gathering, data mapping, business process re-engineering, test script creation. testing, knowledge transfer, and ongoing production support.
Proven track record of at least five (5) years in successfully implementing large, complex projects within a sizable organization, demonstrating project management expertise.
Proficient in creating and executing intermediate to complex PS queries/SQL and demonstrating a solid ability to extract and analyze data effectively
