Design, build and evolve SAP Datasphere solutions: Create reusable data models, including graphical views, SQL views, analytic models and data flows. You will manage remote table connections from S/4HANA, BW/4HANA and non-SAP sources, and help maintain a scalable space architecture.

Own platform governance and access concepts: Support data access controls, authorization concepts and platform standards to ensure that our analytics environment remains secure, governed and easy to use.

Drive API integration and platform connectivity: Design and implement API-based integrations between SAP Datasphere and external platforms. You will support authentication, error handling and API-first approaches for onboarding new SAP and non-SAP data sources.

Enable AI-powered analytics: Identify opportunities to bring AI capabilities into analytics and reporting workflows, including SAP Joule, embedded AI services, predictive alerts, anomaly detection and large language model integrations via API.

Partner with business and IT stakeholders: Work closely with teams across Sourcing, Finance, Sales and Supply Chain to understand their needs, facilitate workshops and translate requirements into practical, scalable analytics solutions.

Support agile delivery and continuous improvement: Contribute to sprint planning, solution design reviews and delivery cycles, while providing 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP Datasphere, Fiori analytics and API integration topics., * Phone screening: A conversation with Amer Sports' HR manager to discuss the role, our organization, and your expectations.

Requirements
- Around 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP analytics, data modelling, SAP platform consulting or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere or SAP Data Warehouse Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Datasphere data modelling, including graphical views, analytic models, data flows, spaces and authorizations.
- Good understanding of OData services, CDS view-based analytics and SAP BTP or S/4HANA integration contexts.
- Practical API integration skills, ideally covering REST, OData, JSON and OAuth2.
- Curiosity about AI and the ability to evaluate AI tools critically, prototype solutions and explain opportunities and risks to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work with both business stakeholders and IT leadership.
- Experience working in international, cross-functional project environments.
- A degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Management or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional proficiency in English. Basic German skills.

- Experience in federated or decentralized enterprise data environments.
- Experience contributing to engineering standards, platform governance or analytics strategy.
- Exposure to SAP Joule, embedded AI services or AI-supported analytics use cases.
- Relevant certifications, such as:
- SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP Datasphere
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate
