Requirements
Previous experience in IT Helpdesk, Service Desk or Desktop support
- Ability to drive to customer sites in the Surrey/London regions
- Good knowledge of core Microsoft technologies including;
- Windows OS and Office 365
- Exchange, SharePoint and MS Teams
- Active Directory and Windows Server
- PC hardware setups
