Providing 1st 2nd and some 3rd line support across the business
Supporting internal employees with any technical issues they may encounter whether that be hardware, software or connection issues
Managing Microsoft Azure, Active Directory and Office 365 environments
Supporting servers, virtual environments, networking, and security systems
Managing DNS, DHCP, routers, switches, firewalls and VoIP systems
Working alongside the MSP for escalated IT issues
Lead and support IT projects, upgrades, migrations and process improvements

Previous hands on experience working within an Infrastructure environment, for an SME organisation
Strong Microsoft cloud and infrastructure knowledge
VoIP systems experience as well as Active Directory
Experience working within a Microsoft 365 environment
Excellent communication skills, able to support a variety of users
Solid networking and troubleshooting skills
