Job description
We are seeking a Senior Pega Developer to design, develop, and support complex Pega CLM solutions. This role involves leading the implementation of Trigger Based Refresh and modernization activities, driving application performance optimization, and mentoring junior developers. The position requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite., * Design, develop, and support complex Pega CLM solutions.
- Lead implementation of Trigger Based Refresh and modernization activities.
- Develop integrations with enterprise systems, databases, and external services.
- Drive application performance optimization, resiliency, and security improvements.
- Implement Pega best practices, guardrail compliance, and reusable framework components.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with business, QA, platform, and vendor teams to accelerate solution delivery.
Requirements
Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of software development experience is required, including at least 5 years of hands-on Pega development. Candidates must have proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Pega applications.
Technical Skills: Candidates should have expertise in Pega CLM, Case Management, Flows, and Integrations. Experience with Java, REST APIs, SQL, XML, and Enterprise Application Integration is necessary. Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization capabilities for large-scale Pega applications are also required. A Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is mandatory. Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies is expected.
Preferred Qualifications
- A master's degree is preferred.
- Experience in the Financial Services, AML, or KYC domain.
- Experience with Pega Constellation, Blueprint, and GenAI capabilities.
- Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is preferred.
Additional Information
This role may have alternative work locations in Plano, Texas, and Charlotte, North Carolina. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Due to business needs, this role has a specific start date, and selected candidates must be able to meet it.
