Job description
POSITION DESCRIPTION: Onsite IT representative for DrinkPAK's DP1 facility in California. Role will blend hands-on user support, hardware/asset management with exposure to network administration for the whole DP1 site., * Manages day-to-day IT infrastructure (hardware, inventory, troubleshooting) with great attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of network fundamentals (switches, VLANs, wireless APs, firewalls)
- Knowledge of network security best practices.
- Exposure and familiarity with HA servers & networks (high availability).
- Assist with unboxing, configuring and deploying new hardware for the facility
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills - able to juggle daily support tickets alongside project assistance.
- Takes ownership of tasks, follows through independently, and proactively flags issues before they escalate.
- Maintain organized documentation of tickets, troubleshooting steps and recurring issues
- Develop a thorough understanding of DrinkPAK policies, procedures and safety rules

Requirements

At least 1-2 years experience with a broad range of IT functions including networking, firewalls, security, wireless, IT/OT networks - the more the better.

History of IT Project Management, hardware and/or software projects

Self-motivated, with the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Experience with the Microsoft Suite of products (Azure, Sharepoint, Office) and Cisco/Meraki hardware

High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
