System Administrator

Akkodis is seeking a System Administrator for a client located in Walton Hills, Ohio. This role is ideal for an IT professional with strong Microsoft infrastructure experience who enjoys supporting and maintaining enterprise systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to IT operations. This is a fully onsite position., * Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user account management, group policies, and permissions.

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and related applications.
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system, server, and end-user issues.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes.
• Assist with network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
• Utilize PowerShell for basic automation and administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have experience administering Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server environments, along with foundational networking knowledge and PowerShell scripting skills., * Bachelors Degree or experience may be considered in lieu of degree

• 3-5 years of System Administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Active Directory Administration
• Microsoft 365 Administration
• Windows Server Administration
• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience using PowerShell for administrative and automation tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
