SmartCOMM Developer

Kforce has a client in Armonk, NY that is seeking a SmartCOMM Developer Opportunity to support the development, testing, and delivery of dynamic customer communications. Candidates must be able to build and test templates, variables, shared content, business rules, and document components within SmartCOMM. Mid- to senior-level experience is preferred, although junior candidates with foundational SmartCOMM experience may also be considered. This is a six-month contract with extension potential., * Develop and maintain dynamic templates, variables, documents, layouts, stylesets, overlays, images, and scripts

• Configure output for print, fax, archive, and other communication channels
• Create reusable content and document components
• Test templates, variables, business rules, scripts, and output scenarios
• Review test plans, troubleshoot defects, and incorporate feedback
• Apply formatting, branding, accessibility, and performance standards
• Present technical and design decisions to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout development, testing, and implementation
• Deliver finalized communications to the appropriate output channels

• Hands-on SmartCOMM or Advanced Template Designer experience
• Ability to develop and test dynamic templates, variables, scripts, and business rules
• Experience with document-generation and multichannel output processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work directly with business and technical stakeholders
• Experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HTML, scripting, publishing, or content-management tools
• Familiarity with image-editing or web-development applications
• Experience supporting high-volume or regulated communications
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams or external partners

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
