Job description
- Network Design & Planning - Develop network layouts, ensure compliance, perform capacity planning and manage site equipment. Monitor and optimize network performance to accommodate network growth and change, troubleshoot issues and analyze data and perform optimization and capacity management.
- Site Acquisition - Finding, securing, and preparing locations for the installation of network infrastructure to include supplier, vendor and contract management with financial and budgetary oversight. May work through property and tower owners, lawyers, municipalities, regulatory, environmental, compliance, and permitting authorities.
- Construction & Optimization - Coordinate stakeholders, suppliers, vendors, employees, and/or contractors to implement SARCs on new or existing site builds for Macro, Small Cell, and In-Building locations. Works with RAN & OSP teams to optimize new site within existing network.
- Program Management and Performance Monitoring: Develop and manage complex technical project plans, quality management, and process improvements to continuously improve network performance and reliability.
What you'll bring:
As a Manager-Network Access C&E, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, construction, implementation, and optimization of 5G and Fiber Network infrastructure.
Oversee the daily operations of their team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role focuses on immediate team management, task delegation, and the resolution of day-to-day issues. Typically leads occupational staff within the organization. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action and promotional activity for subordinates.

- 3 + years of related experience in area of professional responsibility
- Desired Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) or equivalent experience preferred.

Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to AT&T compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. This may include, but is not limited to, work related to fuel tanks, emergency and stand-by generators, boilers, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, batteries, manholes and vaults, water wells, linear and other construction projects, water discharge, or air emissions.
