Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Backend Engineer specializing in AI Gateway systems to join our forward-thinking technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend infrastructure that supports cutting-edge AI applications. Your expertise will drive the scalability, performance, and reliability of our AI-driven solutions, enabling seamless integration across distributed systems and cloud environments. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building robust backend architectures, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact!, * Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for AI Gateway platforms using technologies such as.NET, Java, Python, and Node.js.

  • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and web services to facilitate smooth communication between front-end interfaces and backend processes.
  • Implement system design principles for distributed computing environments to ensure high availability and fault tolerance across cloud infrastructure like AWS or Azure.
  • Develop database schemas and manage relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL solutions like MongoDB to support large-scale data operations.
  • Collaborate within Agile teams to plan sprints, conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines are efficient and reliable.
  • Analyze system performance metrics and troubleshoot issues related to multithreading, application design, or database interactions to enhance overall system responsiveness.
  • Contribute to technical documentation including UML diagrams, system architecture designs, and API specifications for clarity and future scalability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing backend systems with expertise in ASP.NET (including ASP.NET Core), WCF, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end development tools such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus for understanding full-stack integration.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML/CSS for UI-related tasks when necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure services like AWS or Azure for deploying scalable applications.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and web services including SOAP protocols.
  • Familiarity with distributed systems architecture, microservices design patterns, and system design for high scalability.
  • Expertise in database design using relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL) as well as NoSQL options like MongoDB.
  • Knowledge of version control tools such as GitHub or GitLab along with TFS or SVN for source code management.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies including SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
  • Ability to write clean code using OOP principles in C#, Java or Python while conducting debugging and unit testing effectively.
  • Understanding of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes is advantageous for deployment automation.
